What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and similar state laws, a "sale" means disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is advertising based on your activity across different websites.

What We Share and With Whom

When you browse our site, Google Ads and Google Analytics may collect information through cookies, such as your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you view. This may be considered "sharing" for advertising purposes. We do not share your name, email address, postal address or payment information for advertising.

Service Providers

We also work with service providers that help us run the store, such as PayPal for payments, shipping carriers for delivery and our email provider for order emails. They use your information only to provide services to us, and these disclosures are not a sale or sharing of your personal information.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out in either of these ways:

You do not need an account, and we do not require identity verification to process an opt-out. We will only deny an opt-out request if we have a good-faith, documented reason to believe it is fraudulent, and we will tell you why.

When Your Opt-Out Takes Effect

We process opt-out requests within 15 business days of receiving them. We will also notify the parties that received your information about your request.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request for you. The agent must provide written permission signed by you.

Global Privacy Control

Our site does not currently respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. To opt out, please email us or use the form on this page.

After You Opt Out

Once you opt out, we will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months.

Consumers Under 16

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without prior consent. Consumers aged 13 to 15 may give consent themselves, and children under 13 need a parent's consent. Our site is not directed to children.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect sensitive personal information, so a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link is not needed.

Your Other Privacy Rights

You also have the right to know, access, delete and correct your personal information. We respond to these requests within 45 days, and may extend this by a further 45 days with notice to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Appeals

If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We will respond within 60 days. If you disagree with the outcome, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you products, charge you a different price or provide a different level of service because you used your privacy rights.
