These Terms of Service govern your use of https://caffeineinblood.com and any purchase you make from Caffeineinblood, a trade name of Caffeine & Quills ("we", "us" or "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products, Pricing and Images

All products are subject to availability. Product descriptions, prices and images may change without notice. Images are for illustration, and colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an order is affected by a pricing error, we may cancel it and refund your payment in full.

3. Orders

Placing an order does not mean we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including items being out of stock, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order only before it enters processing or shipment. To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number. There is no cancellation fee.

5. Shipping and Returns

We sell and ship within the United States only. Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Caffeine & Quills operates. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration where permitted by law. Either party may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
