This Shipping Policy explains how Caffeineinblood ships orders of our tees, sweatshirts, mugs and travel tumblers. Caffeineinblood is operated by Caffeine & Quills, a business registered in the United States.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We sell within the United States only and do not accept international orders.

Where Orders Ship From

Our products are kept in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in the United States. Each order is checked before it leaves the warehouse.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within up to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Method and Carriers

We offer one shipping method, Standard Shipping. Orders are delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, depending on your address and the package.

The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Delivery Time

This total already includes up to 3 business days of processing and up to 8 business days in transit. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather and holidays can occasionally extend delivery.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order at any time on our Track Order page.

Changing or Canceling an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Changes and cancellations are only possible before the order enters processing or shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos.
